Enclosed reviews are of Wisdom of the West; the letter was removed from Russell's Library copy of A History of Western Philosophy (Russell's Library, no. 3139). BR marked marginal revisions that follow the page numbers in Foulkes' letter. The revisions were for the resetting of HWP in 1961.
