Enclosed is preface to Rao's Telegu poem, "Asoka". The preface is 33 printed pages and is by V.N.R. Kallur.

The writer is president of the Cambridge University Muslim Society and wishes to present BR with a copy of the Holy Quran. Letter is on Trinity College, Cambridge, letterhead.

BR agrees to be presented with the Holy Quran.

Clip is an editorial on BR's disarmament policy from The Nation, Burma, 11 Jan. 1959.

Raschid offers to convey any reply from BR. Although the letter is annotated "Copy attached", no copy of BR's reply is attached. RA1 750, however, has replies to Raschid and to The Nation dated 1 Feb. 1959.
