The writer thanks BR for a "wonderfull interview".

The file with this small sheet contains BR's article, "The Cold War: a New Phase?" (B&R C65.09).

The only signature with which the hastily formed one in the note can be compared is that of "H J Abaya" on the presentation copy of his The Untold Story (B&R H123a). In the inscription he dates the interview. Several letters in RA2 350 Philippines mention Abaya and his interview.

However, the identification of Abaya as the note's author remains uncertain, and with it Abaya's associated newspaper.
