Martin recommends not publishing BR's letter on Russia as it stands, because BR appears to be "opening an anti-Bolshevik crusade of the old type". (BR compared Russia with Nazi Germany.) "Save Europe Now" would be affected.

"I do not wish to say anything about Indian philosophy as I consider it all completely and utterly worthless, and I make it a general rule to hold my tongue about things that I do not like in India."
