Ben-Moshe mentions that the Committee wants to undertake a Hebrew translation of Leonard Beaton's book Must the Bomb Spread? However, the translation requires "advance financial support from an outside source." Ben-Moshe asks BR for any "moral and material assistance" he could offer concerning the translation.

Enclosed is a clipping from New Outlook, July-August 1966 issue. The title of the article is "Keep Nuclear Weapons Out of Our Region".

Jordan mentions that the BRPF has "contacted Mr. Orr and asked him to sort out this matter with you."

The Secretary General (not named) informs the BRPF that "the published declaration was never approved by us and large changement after our departure has been made without consulting us, and even without taking our approval."
