In regards to India's military build-up on the Chinese border, Ayub Khan says: "... even a child cannot help coming to the conclusion that this is no way to contain communism."

This was sent to the Audits and Accounts Office of the Pakistan Embassy. However, Pakistan maintains a High Commission in London, not an embassy and thus the recipient's name has been amended.

A thank-you letter and acknowledgement of the donation to the BRPF on behalf of the President of Pakistan. The amount of the donation is £3,750 sterling or 50,000 rupees.

Bhutto suggests that the BRPF could study certain developments in the region in order to "... make a break-through where others have failed so far."
