BR thanks Ayub Khan for the financial donation and explains that the money is required "... for a publication entitled the Spokesman."
However, BR states that the BRPF would require an annual sum of £3000 in order to publish the Spokesman and asks Ayub Khan if he would seriously consider "granting to us [the BRPF] the full budget...."
