"In the Bangor Station and the train up to London, and in London, and in the train coming home, people came up to your Grandpa to thank him for his part in the Cuban crisis—which was very heartening." Sino-Indian crisis.

BR notifies the BRPF of the transfer of his Archives to them.

The Archives are in the physical possession of Continuum Ltd.

BR notifies Continuum that he has transferred his Archives to the BRPF.

Receipt of the original of this duplicate letter is indicated by a typed and signed note at the foot, 23 Nov. 1966. See record 118602.

This letter is a spoof. The date is typed as: March 32, 1066.

Also typed across the top: "The Earl Fossil". BR requests in jest that all items by, to, from, or about himself in his Archives be embargoed. The signature is questionable.

Thompson regrets that he has no papers relating to BR.

Felton notes that it is agreed that BR's Archives will be assigned to the BRPF. He has met with Blanche Lucas of Theodore Goddard & Co.

This is a statement of what has been agreed to with regard to Continuum being the agent for the sale of BR's papers.

This letter clarifies the embargo conditions placed on BR's Archives.

This letter is written in response to BR's letter of 1 Dec. 1966 re Stanley Unwin. Unwin is not prepared to hand over BR's letters to him.

BR wants Felton to consult with Stanley Unwin re the return of BR's manuscripts and the original letters included in the Autobiography manuscript.

Felton writes about a photograph shoot which the Observer Colour Magazine wants to do.

BR agrees to the photograph shoot by the Observer Colour Magazine. He wants to discuss financial affairs.

There is a note, in Edith's writing, in the top left-hand corner which reads, "Ans £20 telegraphed Monday morn. 15/7/63".

There is a note in Edith's handwriting in the top left-hand corner of the letter which reads, "Ans—and chequebook from A's writing table sent 15/10/63".

The letter contains the information that Edith's birthday was on 5 November (1900).
