Dear Miss Goldman

Your letter has been forwarded to me here. I return to London on Oct. 15, but my first few days there I have not a minute to spare. I should very much like to see you again as soon as possible. Could you come to tea about 4.15 either on Monday 20th or Tuesday 21st? My house is 3 minutes’ walk from S. Kensington station.

I hope London will seem less cold and aloof when you have been here longer. In September many people are away for holidays. I shall be very glad of a chance to talk about Russia, and so will my wife, who was there just after me (we were not married then).

Yours sincerely
Bertrand Russell.
