Dear Mr. Ahmad,
Thank you for your kind letter of January 14. My representative to attend the international conference in Cairo will be Mr. Christopher Farley, a Director of the Bertrand Russell Peace Foundation, who led an international investigatory team to the Arab nations in the aftermath of the war in 1967. He will be in London from tomorrow, and I shall ask him to contact you immediately. In the next few days I shall give him my message2 to take to Cairo.
I am grateful to you for making these arrangements.
Yours sincerely,
