Dear Céleste
We have now had all the children tested for their intelligence: I don’t know how reliable the method is, but I thought you would like to know the result. Only about one child in 10,000 reaches an I.Q. as high as 150, if I remember right. 100 is average.a — We show films once a week, and they are a great success; everybody, young and old, is grateful to you. — Jacky is doing very well; her health is excellent, and she rides as if she had been born on horseback. — My sentiments in regard to yourself remain unchanged; if you ever have time to give me news of yourself, I shall be happier.
Yours ever
B.R.
