Dear Professor Perry

It would be a very great kindness on your part if you would keep a calendar of my engagements, and make them for me. When the post takes a week each way, it is very difficult to manage. And you know better than I can what is compatible with my work at Harvard, in view of train-service etc.

I do not wish to make very many engagements away from Cambridge (Mass.), nor at great distances. But I thought a certain number would be feasible and advantageous.

Yes, I wrote the discussion of “neutral monism”,2 and I suppose it will be published some day. But I have not yet had proofs. It should begin in the January Monist and continue at intervals for some time.

Yours faithfully
Bertrand Russell.
