Our walk yesterday though long, was very pleasant, and brought us down to this charming Italian place, with a 16th-century Venetian palace (very nice) and a pleasing piazza (Vito. Eme.!) and all the other paraphernalia. It is a great pleasure to have got to Italian things, and though we still see mountains, we are no longer on them. Today we have 17 miles to do to Belluno, and we hope to do most of them before the real heat begins.
