Dearest Colette
Ever since I said goodbye to you in Exeter2 I have thought a great deal about you. I wish very much to see you but for the present it would have to be in London. If you think of coming to London any time do tell me: I am generally there Tuesday and Wednesdays — 38 Bernard Str.,3 quote close to the original attic.4 I feel terribly dumb, but I should like to break through if I could. Love.
