Beloved
I was glad of your little line4 saying Young Heaven5 went well, but I long to know more — whether you were satisfied with your performance, whether people praised it, and so on. I hope there will be more letters from you now — Yesterday was a blazing hot day, I swam a mile, the whole length of the inaccessible beach, from the little hole to where you and I once spent the day —
Darling I long for you — I do hope you will be able to come — but I hope still more that you will have work —
Post going — All my love, my dear Heart’s Life —
