Beloved
Heart of my heart, I love you more deeply than ever before — and more freely — more securely. I trust your love as I never did before, and I wish for a chance to prove to you that I can respect your freedom — I have never felt nearer to you than yesterday or more absolutely one with you —
Your love is my very being — without it I should be a naked soul shivering in a cold world — It is the crown of life to me — the realization of dreams — Every thing about you dwells in my memory — all your ways, your movements, your tones of voice — they come into my thoughts at all odd moments and make life beautiful —
Do not doubt your powers — I don’t — and I feel full of hope for your work — You are wonderful and great, my Heart’s Comrade4 — your love is the most wonderful thing that could come into any one’s life —
Whatever you want of me I will give — my love has no bounds — it is infinite and deep, like the heavens at night — All blessing on you my precious treasure my lovely Darling.
B
