My Darling
I was glad to find your little note just now when I came back from C.A.,3 who is counting on you tomorrow —
Yes, Monday and Tuesday — I am entirely free both days and nights. (Please let me know about nights.)
Darling, do come to the Studio4 — it is more important than you know — the Attic5 is not really a satisfactory substitute even when it is possible —
C.A. was infinitely lovable today.
I have been fearfully busy, and imagining you too busy to have time to even read letters — so I haven’t written — my thoughts have been with you every moment. Dearest, did you send me a lovely pin? If so, a thousand thanks. Oh dear, I have nothing for you for Xmas. I know we thought of something — what was it?
Darling I hope your cold is better — You were very dear the other night —
I love you, my Heart.
I do hope you will come to the Studio — I long to have you to myself for once — Goodbye —
