My Beloved

I am sorry you are suffering so much — you ought never to have run up to the top of King’s Chapel4 — Miles5 ought to have prevented it! Cousens6 is notorious as a boor. — I find the whole world is travelling by that train tomorrow.

Interrupted by I. Goss7 who has talked the whole morning.

Shall look out for you at Peterborough8 (G.N., not G.E.)

My love, my Darling — My thoughts are with you every moment.
