My Darling

It is not German measles, only a very mild attack of influenza. The chief symptom is slackness — I sleep all night and most of the day. It is most damnable because unless I get well quickly it may interfere with the week-end — Curse it — But it would be no use if I only wanted to stay still and doze — I will do my best to be well by then.

I loved your letter yesterday My Dear One.
