Dear Elizabeth
I am now back from Taormina, where I much enjoyed making friends with Julian, who kept reminding me of Bob.
Peter and I are parting amicably. For the present she is in London and I in Wales. But I have to come to London for B.B.C. presently, and should like to come to Shiffolds for one night, May 19 for choice, but I could make it May 18. It is an age since I have seen you; I have been very busy, but now have some leisure.
