Dear Unwin
Thank you for your letter of Aug. 21, which reached me today; and for the draft Agreement, which I have signed with two trivial amendments. It would be contrary to the thesis of the book in question to guarantee that statements of fact are true!
I hope you will overcome binding troubles sufficiently to publish in October. Could you send, with my compliments, an unbound copy to Dr. K.R. Popper, School of Economics? And if in print I should like him also to have Freedom and Organization. His book on The Open Society is on similar lines, and, I think, excellent.
Yours sincerely
Bertrand Russell.
