BR TO ALLEN AND UNWIN / STANLEY UNWIN, 9 OCT. 1945
BRACERS 48038. ALS(X). George Allen and Unwin Ltd.
Proofread by K. Blackwell

Dear Unwin

Thank you for your letter. I am glad you share his enthusiasm, and also glad that you do not emulate his embarrassing eloquence. I am glad to hear about the Spanish rights.

As to title, I am indifferent. If you think it a mistake to have the title different in England and USA, I am quite willing to adopt Schuster’s.

I read your article in the Observer with the strongest approval.

My wife sends regards. Thank you, I will come to see you when I can.

Yours sincerely
Bertrand Russell
