Dear Warder

You will be relieved to hear that I have got on faster than I expected with my book,2 and can undertake to let you have it by Sep. 1, if not earlier.

I think the length of the book is about 110,000 words, but until it is typed it is difficult to be exact.

Our best wishes to Polly. I hope she is recovering satisfactorily.

Yours sincerely
Bertrand Russell.
