Dear Warder
I enclose corrected proof of bibliography. I can’t send proof of Index as they only sent me one, which was full of mistakes. E.g. he thought Queen Caroline of Naples was one person and Caroline Murat another; he thought Germany had Emperors in the period 1814–1870; he called me “Russell, Lord B.” and spoke of “Lord Bentnick” instead of “Lord William Bentnick” (this is a dreadful crime). These are only samples. If you get a proof of the Index in which these errors still occur, you will know it is an uncorrected proof.
Yours v. sincerely
Bertrand Russell
