Dear Warder

I forgot yesterday to enclose the revised Table of Contents. You will see that the book is 1st international 2nd English 3rd American 4th German 5th International again. It is now all written except the last 3 chapters; as they are not done, they may turn out different, but not much. England, America, Germany (in that time-order) were the three dynamic nations in the 19th century.
