Sat.2

It is very hard to write here as there are 8 of us and every word can be read by my neighbour. But I will try to shove in words when he is not looking. My Beloved my thoughts are with you every moment wondering what you are doing and thinking and feeling — I feel such a world of happiness and wonder and beauty within me that all life is transformed. I watched your retreating back at Miller’s Dale3 as my train went out. It was terrible leaving you — one had to treat it with restraint. My dear one we must find ways of being a great great deal together — it will grow easier as time goes on. Dearest your love makes me utterly and absolutely happy — it is beyond all that I have dreamed — it fills me with a kind of awe. I am yours, yours, yours, utterly in deepest devotion.
