From Edith Russell's transcription when she was Edith Finch:

"We are driving up this afternoon with Judith <Strachey Henderson (?)> to meet Peter at her new house and go over it with her." BR and Conrad are in Boston and are coming up soon.

A copy of the letter was sent to Ralph Schoenman. The letter is addressed to Farley.

"Thank you for your letter of September 8 and the enclosures listing the present debts of the Foundation." (Farley's father is owed for [a loan to purchase?] Argyll Mansions, London.)

"When Ralph was last here he told us that you had been unwilling to discuss with him your reasons for resigning from the Foundation, and that, when he asked you to permit us to retain your name as one of the Directors on the letter paper of the Foundation, you were very reluctant to do so."
