Nine Chinese citizens were arrested by the Brazilian authorities and one of them was Wang Yao-ting. The Chinese government and other Chinese organizations have protested and are appealing for the release of these Chinese citizens. Li Chu-wen would like BR to support this matter. He visited BR in January 1963 in Wales.

Chernobilskaya and Chernobilsky feel that O.V.I.R. should re-examine its refusal to give their relatives an exit permit.
