BR TO EMMANUEL HALDEMAN-JULIUS, 22 NOV. 1949
BRACERS 57914. ALS(X). Pennsylvania U. Library
Proofread by K. Blackwell

Cambridge.
November 22, 1949

Dear Mr. Haldeman-Julius

I am proposing to publish a book of collected essays, and I wish to include three that I wrote for you, viz.

An Outline of Intellectual Rubbish
Ideas that have helped Mankind
Ideas that have harmed Mankind.

I am not quite sure whether I am right in thinking that I reserved the right of publication in book form at a later date. But in any case I do not suppose that you would have any objection. Am I right in this?

With best wishes,

Yours sincerely
Bertrand Russell.
