Dear Mr. Morris
I am sorry not to agree to your suggestion, but I am really not sufficiently well informed about present-day education in England. If you want a progressive point of view from a man who knows what he is talking about, why not W.B. Curry of Dartington (Totnes, S. Devon)?1 I have written, I know, about what education ought to be, but I am very ignorant as to what it is.
With regrets,
Yours sincerely
Russell.

W.B. Curry of Dartington (Totnes, S. Devon) At this time Russell provided a blurb for Curry’s Education for Sanity [B&R G12). All three of Russell’s children attended Dartington. The blurb is reprinted as 17 in Collected Papers 24.
