Two photocopies.
BR refers to photographs (not present) taken at Princeton. "The Censor's Office gave me back all the mss in a sealed packet, which, for the sake of the English censorship, I left sealed till I arrived. When I opened it I found they had omitted your typescript and several other things."

Dear Reichenbach
Thank you very much for the photographs and for your nice letter. We, also, very much enjoyed seeing you at Princeton, and the photographs are a pleasant reminder. It is a pity you didn’t take Peter in her party dress.
As for your quantum paper, I had a mishap. The censor’s office gave me back all the MSS in a sealed packet, which, for the sake of the English censorship, I left sealed till I arrived. When I opened it I found they had omitted your typescript and several other things. I telegraphed to Kate to bring it. She will arrive very soon — and I hope she will have it. If not, I will cable to you for another copy. Printing here is very slow, on account of paper shortage, so in any case I fear it will be a long time before your MS can be published.
Very best wishes from Peter and love from Conrad.
Yours ever
Bertrand Russell
