Dear Sirs

I have received proof of the Index to my Human Knowledge. You say this is the “final proof”, but I have not seen the Index at any earlier stage. Will you please send me two further copies of the proof of the Index? I have had 3 copies of all earlier sheets, and I do not wish to be without a copy after returning the one you sent me, which I will do as soon as possible.
