BR requests that Unwin find an indexer for Human Knowledge. (But he requested this in December and had seen the results.)

Dear Unwin
I don’t think any of the books you write about should be reprinted.
Can you get somebody to do the Index for Human Knowledge and let me have proofs?1 I suppose I pay for it.
I hope you will have a pleasant time in Ireland. Kerry is very beautiful.
Yours sincerely
Bertrand Russell.

Can you get somebody to do the Index for Human Knowledge and let me have proofs? Russell evidently had assumed from his letters at records 57608, 48117 and 48120 (12 Dec. 1947, 24 Jan. 1948 and 6 Feb. 1948) that an Index to Human Knowledge was being taken care of. See also that of 1 July 1948, where he writes “I have not seen the Index at any earlier stage.”
