Dear Unwin,
Thank you very much for sending me the advance copy of my HISTORY. I like the get-up and find the volume less unwieldly than I had feared. I learn from Simon and Schuster that up to March 31st they had sold 34,431 copies. If the English edition does equally well I shall be “rolling”! Meanwhile it is nice to think that I am helping to earn dollars for the country as much as if I exported motor cars!
