Dear Warder
Herewith some notes on philosophers and philosophical journals — Bertie being busy and disinclined to bother. He says the philosophers are to have complimentary copies but not be bothered for “puffs”. He further says that everyone who would be interested will hear of the book — these things get about in the very definite and closed group of philosophers concerned, and from there to philosophers in general. Advertisement therefore will serve little purpose — unless you want to interest Mrs Kay.
But it is certainly worth while to circularise heads of all philosophy departments — if circulars are even worth while.
In haste,
Yours sincerely
Patricia Russell.
