Dear Warder
I have just received your Autumn List and have naturally looked up the notice of the book about my parents.
Peter prefers to be “Patricia Russell”, not “Patricia Helen Russell”. I expect I am to blame about this.
On my own behalf, I wish you had put her name in the same sized type as mine; also you have unduly minimized her share, since she did more of the selecting of material than I did.
Could you manage to correct these matters in subsequent copies of your list? As things stand, there is injustice, which I much dislike.
The book is about 280,000 words. I am trying to make the Nonesuch Press hurry with the printing, but it is difficult.
All good wishes.
Yours sincerely
BR
