"There is an essay 'On History' published in the Independent Review Vol III, July 1904, filling 8 pages of the journal which could do something to fill the gap.... Possibly it might be worth reprinting a review of Poincaré's Science and Hypothesis which was published in Mind Vol XIV in 1905."
