This letter appears to be by Charles Seelig, as the handwriting in this letter is the same as the handwriting of Charles Seelig found in record 85870. But, the signature on this letter is different from Charles Seelig's signature in record 85870. The letterhead of both letters has the printed name "Carl Seelig". Despite the difference in names and signatures, Carl and Charles must be the same person.
