Re a BR bibliography: "I have in mind a philosophy graduate who has worked here for some time this year and is now in London, because he would seem to be able to do the job well. He has, it appears, been making a bibliography over the past three years, and has travelled widely in North America and Europe in order to do so. This, in addition to the weeks he has spent going through my papers, would seem to place him well for such a task. I should be grateful if you would consider publishing such a bibliography, to which I should wish to give every possible assistance, and if you would see the man in question, Mr. Kenneth Blackwell, to discuss any consideration which you may have in mind."
