I find that after all I cannot come to Cambridge on Feb. 6, so even if you do get back from Washington I cannot have the pleasure of seeing you on the 7th.

I am getting more and more interested in the possibilities of international cooperation after the war. If you know of anything that I ought to read on it, and happen to have time, I should be grateful for a line.
