Dear Professor Perry
Professor Jastrow, Madison, Wis., has written making a detailed proposal for me to go there, and to Chicago, and to Ann Arbor, during the week of recess, April 19–26. I don’t know whether you fixed up New York and Baltimore at that time or not. I wish to see the West, and should like to accept; but I feel the fatigue may make me less on the spot at Harvard for two or three days, and therefore if you would rather I refused I shall not be surprised. Will you please decide as you see fit, and write to Professor Jastrow? Don’t trouble to write to me until you have occasion to write anyhow.
Yours very truly
Bertrand Russell.
