BR TO ALYS RUSSELL, [21 MAR. 1911]

Dearest Alys

I find it will be better to come down Sat. afternoon, so I shall take the 2.40. I shall have my bicycle. If Moore comes by the same train, he can bring my luggage; I shall look out for him at Waterloo and Clapham. I stay the night of Friday at 57 Gordon Square.

Goldie’s play was better than I had expected; many people were very enthusiastic, and I was interested and often amused. It certainly was a success. Everybody was there, except the other half of everybody, which went on Sunday. Last night I dined with Bob, who was as full of gossip as usual.
