Dearest Colette
I am preparing MS of my autobiography, and there are various passages about you. I can, if you wish, send you these passages, in case there should be anything you would mind, but I do not think there is, so don’t bother to answer4 this in that case. When last I heard of you, I gathered your nephew5 was looking after you — If this is not so, please let me know. I hope your paralysis6 is clearing up; and I hope your news is less sad than it was.
My fondest love as always,
Your
B.
