My Darling Love
I am sorry you are so depressed — but it is no wonder — I wish I could do something to make you happier — but I suppose I can’t — I hope Paris4 will do good —
C.A.5 is just off to a second meeting with his prospective lady-love6 — very excited, and wondering whether anything will come of it or it will all fizzle out —
All goes well with me as far as work is concerned — I remain wonderfully fit. But O my Dear I do miss you —
Goodbye my Heart’s Life — All my love and tender thoughts.
