My Darling Love
I wonder how you are feeling today and whether you have been able to keep hope and energy. I do hope so — It was so wet that I felt you must need a few flowers to cheer you up.
For my part I have a vile cold, but not measles, either German or pro-German.
It was a heavenly day yesterday4 my lovely one. I hope you are well and Miles5 is better.
Goodnight my dearest Heart.
