My Darling Darling
Your dear letter has just come. Let it be Thursday, since that is nearer. I will come up tomorrow night (arriving Paddn. 8.20) — The country would be delightful — but the weather seems very doubtful. Shall we go to Putney or Richmond Park after luncheon? It will be an unbelievable joy to be together again my Dearest Dearest — If you would prefer Monday, please telegraph — but I shall come up anyhow as I have to see Sanger and the dentist and have now just written to them. — I have been merely existing from one of your letters to the next, not up to much in the way of work, but very well physically and nervously. I have been terribly restless from longing for you — when I was travelling it didn’t matter, but now I am settled here it grows tiresome. But it will be all right now. — Very interesting about Conrad — I expect his Catholicism is merely inherited, not very fervent. — What a worry Nurse is. My dear dear Love I longafor you with all my Soul. I won’t write more as we meet so soon. Goodnight my Loved One.
