Sir, and dear colleague,
As Secretary of the philosophy section of the congress of mathematicians that will be held during the month of August in Cambridge, and as an admirer of your works, I have the honour of earnestly asking you to give a talk and take part in our discussions. The works of Whitehead and me, as you know, are based on the works of the Italian School, and I deeply desire that it will be well represented here in the Philosophy Section.
Believe, dear Sir, in the assurance of my highest esteem and friendly sentiments.
