Dear Mr. White,
Thank you for your letter with enclosures. I see that Mr. Farr will be satisfied if I pay to his sister what I owe to him. You mention a sum of $34.70 and say that this is not the total; I do not quite know whether to pay this sum at once or to wait for your account of the rest. I am glad the matter is satisfactorily settled. The crates have arrived safely.
