Re Russell. Enclosed with document .133459, record 115454. Rowe & Maw have put instructions before the counsel "to-day" (August 3).
"There is one matter to which it is a little difficult to refer but which bears on the agreement and that is the future provision for the education and commencement in life of John and Kate after the death of Lord Russell. Lady Russell had in mind that she would like to be able to provide for this when instructing us that her allowance after June 1933 should be £400 a year for her life, you have provided that it shall be £300 during joint lives which is likely to mean Lord Russell's life." Dora also is anxious to have the paternity of Harriet and Roderick established as Barry's children, and she suggests that she be made a trustee of the trust funds.
