Dear Miss Kohler,
Thank you for your letter of April 5th and for the accompanying cheque.1
There is just one point raised by your letter and it is this: The B.B.C. will produce at the proper time an obituary of Shaw by me if I outlive him — which, it must be said, is doubtful. In this obituary there are some phrases closely similar to those in the article that I sent to you and it is possible the B.B.C. may wish to publish the broadcast in the Listener, though I have no knowledge that they will wish to do this. I hope, if so, that you will not object.
